Survey notes & controls

Earthworks clear forest and cut or fill dry terrain within 5 m. Bridges need clearance; tunnels need rock cover. Elevation changes create grades. Curves must turn no more than 45° per section.

Light bridges are cheaper but may fail under cargo. Reinforce supports or reduce load. Brake before tight bends; bank curves for a higher safe speed.

All crew members can build. The lead engineer controls cargo, dispatch and reset. This is a simplified game model.
