12, 21, 24 or 60 trials · English. Memory draft uses controlled viewing and delay intervals; attention trials have a 15-second deadline; other questions are untimed. Keep this window focused during memory trials. Interrupted memory trials are excluded, not marked wrong. A grown-up may read instructions without explaining the answers. Repeated Form A scores can reflect familiarity. Practice and assisted-answer sessions stay outside matching check-in comparisons.

Raw task accuracy only. Different ages, forms, versions, assistance and device types are kept separate. A higher or lower result is not evidence of a change in IQ or health.
What is being built?
Foundation 1 includes three task families. The optional expanded draft adds nine verbal items per band, including three intended difficulty tiers; these tiers are not calibrated. The optional memory draft adds three controlled sequence-recognition trials, with unvalidated timing and difficulty. The private six-domain draft adds 36 target-search trials across three intended tiers, recording accuracy, timeouts and descriptive response timing. Future phases add more task variants, improved reports and strict import tools. These features are not yet available.
The administration and scoring rules are versioned for reproducibility. No age norms, IQ conversion, clinical cutoffs, calibrated alternate forms or reliability claims are available.
Language, sleep, distraction, motor and visual needs, help and practice can affect performance. This tool does not compare children with adults.
